• Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 5-7 business days pending availability and payment verification.
• Orders placed Monday through Friday after 1 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and will ship within 5-7 business days pending availability and payment verification.
• Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday, and will ship within 5-7 business days pending availability and credit verification.
• We will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information.
• We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as PO Boxes.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
• You will be contacted via email with your order confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your package at www.ups.com using the assigned tracking number.

• Gift cards ordered online will be delivered via email.
• They cannot be used for OVERSEAS Shipping customers.
